Whether it’s a baseball game, sightseeing tour, visit to a local museum, lunch at a local restaurant or going to concert…our individuals are provided with meaningful experiences that are valued and rewarding.

Our Community Habilitation Program services the five Boroughs and the Long Island region. Individuals in the program have the opportunity to be provided with one to one support in the home and within the community.

Our Day Habilitation Without Walls Program also services the five boroughs. The Individuals in the program enjoy participating in a number of activities, utilizing the various communities and their resources. Our Individuals have the opportunity to volunteer in the community which affords them the ability to give back to others.
